Job Title: DRUM Field Team Lead
Location(s): Grand Junction, CO
Hiring Range: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00/yr. (Depending on education, experience)

Clearance and Health Requirements:
RSI EnTech, LLC is recruiting for a Defense Related Uranium Mines (DRUM) Field Team Lead who will supervise a field team of scientists and technicians to assess abandoned uranium mines throughout the western United States, as part of the Defense Related Uranium Mines program.
This position requires travel and to be in the field over 50% of the time.

Required Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related physical science with a minimum of 3 years work experience, in a field related to the environmental science industry.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
The employee exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Able to travel on uneven ground for multiple miles per day, potentially under adverse weather conditions. Occasional hikes could be all day. Much of the traveling is up and down hills. Able to work in hot, cold, windy, and sometimes wet conditions.
Ability to hike on mountainous terrain on extremely uneven ground at up to 13,000 feet and slopes up to 45 degrees. Ability to hike on average 10 to 20 miles per day carrying up to 50 pounds.
The employee is regularly required to handle or feel objects, to reach, and to communicate with multiple parties. The employee is frequently required to move about and maintain various positions. The employee must have the ability to perceive the environment and observe technical material and emails.
