Position Summary

RSI is recruiting for a Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the implementation, development, and maintenance of the Archibus system. This role ensures the accuracy of system data, optimizes system workflows and value, supports end-users, and aligns the software with operational real estate, asset management, personal property, and IT management strategies.

Location(s): Westminster, CO

Status: Full-Time

FLSA: Exempt

Hiring Range: $70,000.00 – 80,000.00 per year. (The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant’s education, training, and experience.)

 

This position is required to travel less than 10% of the time.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day software configuration and execution, user permissions and roles, system security, integrations, data integrity, and personnel.
  • Cleans and verifies asset data, generates reports as requested supporting data calls or audits, and executes connectors
  • Acts as the bridge between IT functionality and operational departments like real estate or asset management.
  • Supports corrective and preventive work orders and their associated workflows, acting as a gatekeeper for work orders, ensuring accurate maintenance history.
  • Troubleshoot application errors and support vendor’s technical support tickets.
  • Optimize current developed processes, identify underutilized features, and provide constructive feedback on current implementations in progress.
  • Thoroughly test system enhancements, train users, and develop user guide documentation for respective staff supporting system processes, workflows, and implementations
  • Collaborate with IT, other departments, and vendor to deploy enhancements, updates, and manage change.
  • Maintain consistent data and data connections between Archibus and other systems (AutoCAD, FIMS, ArcGIS.) Ensure building floorplans and space inventory drawings stay synced with the database.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, or related field. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

 

Licenses and Certifications

  • Valid Driver’s License

 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Hands-on experience directly supporting or adminstering enterprise software systems – Archibus, Maximo, Hexagon, SAP or similar.
  • Excellent technical, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to digest and represent large amounts of data accurately and completely with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Web Central, SQL queries, and tools like Power BI or AutoCAD.
  • Ability to interact with the internal and external clients on various related issues.
  • Language, mathematical, and computer skills to complete duties.
  • Customer service focused with ability to solve problems, make decisions, and adapt to changing needs of system.

Essential Physical Requirements 

Sedentary: Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
