Position Summary

RSI is recruiting for a EEOICPA Specialist who is responsible for managing records disclosure for the EEOICPA program. Proficiently utilizes the Electronic Discovery Reference Model process for all discovery tasks, effectively communicates with all stakeholders on disclosure progress, properly redacts records of personal information, performs complex searches across multiple storage repositories, and ensures scanned records accurately represent official records.

FLSA: Non-Exempt
Hiring Range: $33.65 to $36.06 per hour. (The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant’s education, training, and experience.)

 

This position is not required to travel.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides direct support for the EEOICPA Program.
  • Receives, processes, and ensures completion of all EEOICPA claim responses.
  • Tracks production statuses of requests using the Request Tracking Database.
  • Prepares and provides analysis of information management reports concerning requests.
  • Consults and trains internal and external clients on Information Management best practices and standards impacting requests.
  • Conducts searches of records repositories for responsive records to the request.
  • Uses problem-solving techniques to resolve issues and concerns.
  • Communicates effectively with clients on request issues.
  • Conducts quality assurance on records to ensure appropriate redactions are completed on personal information.
  • Enacts legal holds on all relevant records responsive to litigation claims.
  • Expertly culls nonresponsive records to claims.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (administration, management, administration, marketing, accounting) or relate technical field. Experience in lieu of education considered.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

 

Licenses and Certifications

  • Potential to work toward attaining certification such as Certified Records Analyst (CRA), Certified Records Manager (CRM), Information Governance Professional (IGP), Certified Information Professional (CIP), Six Sigma, Project Management Professional, or Business Analyst

 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in data entry and tracking of records requests.
  • Proficient knowledge of enterprise content management, records management software solutions.
  • Proficient in search methodology.
  • Proficient in collaboration and communications.
  • Proficient in training internal and external clients on RIM best practice and standards.
  • Practiced in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model.
  • Practiced in privacy fundamentals.
  • Practiced in assessment and analysis.
  • Practiced in continuous improvement activities.
  • Practiced in automated workflow processing.

Essential Physical Requirements

Medium: Work involves moving objects by exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or an above-negligible amount and up to 10 pounds constantly. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for light work.
