Position Summary

RSI is recruiting for a Sr. Administrative Support Manager who is responsible for the overall Professional Administrative Teams, including policies, procedures, innovation, and quality.

 

Job Title: Sr. Administrative Support Manager
Location(s): Various Locations
Status: Full-Time
FLSA: Exempt
Hiring Range: $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year. (The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant’s education, training, and experience.)

 

This position is required to travel less than 5% of the time.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees administrative support manager on protocols for correspondence and various administrative procedures.
  • Review and approve updates to Administrative Support Desktop Manual.
  • Coaches, mentors, and motivates Administrative Support staff and Administrative Support Manager/Supervisor to achieve high quality and productivity, creating an agile and resilient staff.
  • Monitors budget and expenses of the administrative department as necessary, making cost-effective decisions.
  • Interfaces with the client as needed.
  • Prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Schedules meetings with the LM client, arranging Tele-Conference meeting logistics for the Program Manager
  • Oversees recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Reviews the LMSAdmin SharePoint site.
  • Oversees/coordinates with Administrative Support Manager/Supervisor on protocols for correspondence and various administrative procedures.
  • Acts as the point of contact for questions regarding timesheets, benefits, and time off.
  • Analyzes operations to identify areas of improvement and propose actionable solutions. Works with the Director, Information Management and Administrative Support Manager/Supervisor in modernizing and optimizing the administrative group.
  • Creates, reviews, and reports department data and uses this information to solve potential problems or strengthen performance.
  • Reviews and signs timesheets in both time keeping systems and troubleshoot any discrepancies on a weekly basis.
  • Works with Administrative Support Manager/Supervisor on employee development and any personnel issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

 

Licenses and Certifications

  • Valid Driver’s License

Essential Physical Requirements

Sedentary: Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs may be defined as sedentary when walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
