Job Title: Administrative Professional/Document Processor

RSI EnTech, LLC is currently recruiting for an Administrative Professional/Document Processor to provide document processing and administrative support for environmental project teams. Document processing assignments involve document development activities such as formatting, compiling document sections, approval routing, obtaining security classification reviews, document production/distribution, and maintaining records. Administrative assignments may include supporting employee office moves, scheduling meetings, compiling meeting minutes, some limited calendar management, and interfacing with facilities management.

The preferred candidate has at a minimum, an Associate Degree from an accredited school or applicable training/certificate with 3-5 years’ experience and experience processing federal documents and transmitting regulatory documents. Knowledge of UCOR procedures and protocols as well as experience performing technical editing is a plus. Must be detailed-oriented and have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and Adobe.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the office environment by interfacing with appropriate groups for office moves and ordering installation of computer hardware. Includes onboarding/set up for new team members.
  • Schedules meetings as necessary between Environmental Services team, DOE and regulatory agencies.
  • Manages office supply inventories
  • Participates in the document development process by preparing the initial document format/template and ensuring the final document format meets the specificized document requirements
  • Assists document development team activities such as compiling external document comments
  • Compiles final document sections and completes final document production to ensure a high-quality document is provided to the client and regulators
  • Routes finals documents for security classification and approvals/concurrence reviews
  • Completes distribution of final documents to recipients
  • Archives final documents and submits to client’s document management system
  • Performs special assignments/tasks as requested
  • Helps implement document management systems within assigned project/department
  • Supports preparation of materials for meetings, presentations, and training sessions

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and compile sections into a final document
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet the schedules/deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of organizational structure, functions, and procedures
  • Operation of standard computerized systems and other information transmission systems
