Job Title: Visitor Services Coordinator
Location(s): Weldon Spring, MO
Hiring Range: $44,500.00 - $56,000.00/yr. (Depending on education, experience, and location)
Status: Full-Time

Clearance and Health Requirements:
RSI EnTech, LLC is recruiting for a Visitor Services Coordinator at the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Legacy Management. The Visitor Services Coordinator is responsible for maintaining effective program and event scheduling/reporting and collaborating with a dynamic interpretive team, while providing excellent customer service.
This position is primarily scheduled Monday thru Friday, with the occasional evening and weekend work to support the interpretive team and special events.

Required Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Interpretation, Education, Public Affairs, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of related professional experience in leadership, administrative, or customer service role. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Sedentary Work Category – The employee exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
Ability to occasionally lift 30 pounds with a maximum of 50 pounds to assist with moving tables and chairs, and the ability to stand and move about on hard surfaces for extended periods of time.
