RSI EnTech, LLC (RSI) is currently recruiting for a Business Services Coordinator for our corporate office in Oak Ridge, TN. The Business Services Coordinator is a newly created position that will provide support to the Accounting and Human Resources Departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibilities and essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Timely completes employee new hire setups, personal and job-related data changes into the accounting and HR systems (Deltek Costpoint & Sage People).
- Manages the employee inquiries to the HR shared inbox for general accounting and HR related questions. Distributes complex questions and issues to the appropriate accounting or HR contact, as needed.
- Creates, manages, and distributes employee information reports from the accounting and HR systems for weekly/monthly distribution. Reports may include EEO, individual earnings, weekly ORG reports and other relevant reports as requested.
- Drafts new hire offer letters, increase memos and promotions for review and approval.
- Assists with scheduling interviews for corporate positions or with the UCOR or TVA Program Manager as needed.
- Files accounting and HR records/documents in accordance with the AIS record retention policy.
- Assists with maintaining system integrity through performing audits on HR and accounting data, including hiring, termination, and payroll information.
- Reconciles accounting and HR records/billings, as needed.
- Assists employees with timesheets setup, adding charge codes as needed as well as answers basic payroll and HR questions.
- Performs general administrative duties including drafting letters and obtaining approval signatures for memos, requisitions & required forms.
- Assists with employee data requests such as verification of employment (VOE), DOE clearance, and garnishments.
- Assists with pulling employee data reports for processes such as AAP, OFCCP, ACA and manager requests.
- Creating travel itineraries and submitting/reconciling personnel expense reports.
- Organizing meetings, creating agendas, taking meeting minutes, and tracking meeting attendance.
- Greeting office visitors and clients and monitoring facility access.
- Scanning/digitizing documents.
- Performs or assists with other duties as assigned.
Technical knowledge, certifications/licenses and software proficiencies required:
- Microsoft Office
- HRIS or accounting software experience
- Accounting and/or HR experience

Education required:
High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years working experience in a professional office setting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field is strongly preferred
